window bracket

Hi,

The bracket in the pictures is on the sides of a single hung window. It engages with a

channel balance number S380. I would like two and four shims.

I'm also not sure what shims you're referring to. Could you elaborate? Thank you.

just wondering if shims were available, none of the windows have any.

Unfortunately, we do not carry shims for top sash guides. You may be able to find something that you could use at a local hardware store if necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience.
