Hi, I've looked all over and can't find any names or markings on these parts. I'm looking to replace the crank and operator set. The screw must be stripped and the crank doesn't work and one of the swing arms just comes off.

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore-style assemblies shown in the video below. The determining factor would be the fitting that attaches the long arm to the sash.

As for the keeper shown in your photos, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 38-079 and 38-089 to yours.

thank you, I found a marking on part of the hardware that says Truth 31858. The long arm is 10 1/4", the short arm is 5" and the swivel arm is 5". The base with crank that attaches to the window frame is 5. The window opens wide on the left side with the crank on the right side. Which one should I buy?
