window casement operator plate

I am looking for the plate that has a hole in it that this crank operator goes through on an interior screed door

I'm actually not sure what you're trying to describe. The 39-268 is used on casement windows, not doors. As for a cover plate, I don't believe any are available. You might need to make one out of wood or metal depending on where you're going to install it.
