Help with my window channel

A home owner from PA says:

I am looking for replacements.

The aluminum part is 23 inch long.

Looks like 23" Series 370 Channel Balance Product Code: S370-23

Do you have replacement springs.

Hey, Ray. I agree, this looks a lot like our S370-23. Just double check to make sure all the dimensions match.

I do need a few channels and would like to repair others. Can I use 3/16 or 3/8 dia. X 1/2 long aluminum rivets installed by a rivet gun for the plastic ends?

Do you have replacement springs?

Sure, check out our 62-005. This is the recommended rivet to use on this type of balance. You may also want to see our 75-075 and 75-502.


Replacement springs for balances are not available. You would have to replace the whole balance.
