Thanks for posting. That stamp is actually not an identifier; it just indicates the balance's possible strength. To identify this for you, we will need you to remove it from the window and show us clear pictures of the top and bottom attachments. If you can do this we will be happy to assist you from there. See the videos on this page that go into detail on channel balance identification, as well as how to remove a channel balance from a non-tilt window. Let me know if you have further issues.
I'm afraid I can't make out what you have from these photos. This balance is a little too damaged; some important components are either missing or are unclear.
To be more specific, I have to see a clear and close-up photo of the top and bottom attachments. I think it may also be best if you show me whatever clip or shoe is at the end of the cord.
If at all possible, please make sure that the balance you show me is in undamaged condition. That will ensure that no important details are missing.
Wow, that is one strange balance. I can honestly say that I've never seen anything in this design before. Please give us a little more time to research this and I'll try to get back to you as soon as we can.
In the meantime, you wouldn't happen to know who made the window, would you? That may help narrow down the scope of our search.
Hello again! I've hit a bit of an obstacle in my research. Before we can go any further, can you tell me whether your balance installs on the sides of the window, or in the top header? That will be a big determining factor moving forward. Thanks!
Thanks! Just letting you know that we are working on this. I'll do my best to hunt this down and get back to you as soon as possible.
