window channel balance 28B BS1 BM

A home owner from Springfield, Pennsylvania says:
These windows are original to the house in 1999. Some windows are very difficult to move up and down. The metal portion of the unit measures 28" long by 1/2" by 1/2".
The balance is attached to the top of the window channel by one screw. Even with the balance out, it's still hard when pulling down on the pulley.

It looks like you have an S775-28, with a stamp option of 28B. Measure the size of the shoe to see if you need a 1" shoe or 1-1/4" shoe. Let me know if you have any other questions.
