window channel balance

I took them out since they weren't working properly.I lubricated them and the first one did great 2nd one the string broke.I can't find any 4 digit numbers.all i have is 29-5 AA CMC 11 they are 1/2 in. w 30 in. L.the window is 50 in.l and 32in. h.I tried to weigh the channel balance but doesn't show anything on my scale

Could you upload a photo or two of the balance that is not damaged? We'd prefer to see the balance removed from the window so that we can review it as carefully as possible.
