Most Milgard windows use our Series 385 with 1-3/32" depth bottom shoe. So you would order S385-24, and the spring weight for (23 5) is our (2350) for a sash weighing between 23-27 lbs. Please carefully compare all measurements and dimensions before purchasing and get back to us if you have any questions.
