Hello,

We can help but we'll need a little more information to direct you to the correct balance. The stamp number on your balance indicates the spring strength required to keep your window up, but is not a part number and, unfortunately, does not tell us the balance replacement that you need. We'll need to see the entire balance, including the bottom nylon attachment that we call a shoe, to identify your balance. Thank you!
