window channel balance

Hello, I need two type of window channel balance.
The photo is attached.
The lengths: 27" and 30"
The weights: 17.8 lbs and 25.4 lbs.
I have already ordered: 27" Series 385 Channel Balance, option: 2630 and 30" Series 385 Channel Balance option: 2940.
Could you please let me know if I have the wright order.

May we see photos of the entire balance, showing both nylon fittings attached on both sides of the balance? We want to confirm that you ordered the correct Series balance.

Thank you for the additional photos. Your balances actually look compatible with our S395-360 and S395-27. This comes assembled with the 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Review your nylon fittings and match them up with ours to make sure this looks correct. if so, then you can go with the 2940 option for the 30" balance and the 2640 option for the 27" balance. Look it over and let us know if any other questions come up.
