window channel balance

Hello, We need to replace our Milgard window channel balance (Style Line series), which is stamped 23 3 GX CMC 11 (this is the only marking we can find). The window was installed in 2004. Would you be able to assist us?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, as well as both end fittings, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us! With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2330 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
