window channel balance

Question

Hello, My balances don't have stamps but printed on the is 32 9 DW CMC 4 could you tell me the correct weight option to use?

Thanks for posting, Chris. I recommend that you weigh your window sash on a scale and cross-reference it to the list of options we have for the S380-33. Each option has a corresponding weight range. If your weight sash falls within any of those ranges, then that is the option you should choose.
