window channel balance

Question

Hello, I need replacement parts for my jordan non tilt out windows. The channel balance is 29in and I believe balance top is 19-002 and bottom is 15-001 if correct it needs the 29"series 390. I do not know the strength or stamp option that my channel balance should be. The old balance has "28C" stamped on it. Also do you sell just the spring itself? One balancer only has a broken spring. I an going to replace the tops, bottoms and guides in all windows myself. I will be ordering the rivet tool you have. Thanks

I'm afraid we do not replace the springs by themselves, and we also do not advise it. In those cases, it's probably best to replace the whole balance.

As for the stamp, 28C usually corresponds to our 2830, but you should weigh your window sash just to be sure.
