window channel balance

The only markings on the balance are 27C RB BSI. The length of the channel is 27". Each side is 1/2". The spring length from hook to hook is 13". The plastic piece is 1&7/8" x 1&1/4". The roller piece is 1&3/16".

Thanks for reaching out! I'm confident we can supply the replacement for this window balance. Although, to determine the correct replacement match, I'll need to know if the balances install at the top of the window using a hook or using a screw.

Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S795-27 with a 27C stamp. Since your cam is opened on the back, you'll need the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. These are sold separately from the balance but they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes installed to the balance.
