window channel balance broken

A quick learner from San Jose, California says:
Hi I have many window channel balances broken with the pulley wheels crack. I have a hard time to choose the right combination of the top attachment and the shoe. I know it is none tilt, 1/2" width, and metal part is 27" measured, the ink print on the part is: 26 5 IV CMC 8. Please help me to identify the right top attachment and shoe.
Thanks,
Wenjie

Thanks for posting. Based on your pictures, I would recommend our S380-27 channel balance with a 2650 stamp option. Check it out and let me know if you agree!

Thank you Paul. This information is what I needed.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your suggestion. I have checked my windows again and noticed there is quite amount of side play, about 1/8" to3/16

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Ah, I see. If you have 1/8" side play, it might be a good idea to use our Series 385 instead. This comes with a 15-004 shoe, which is a little thicker than the 15-005.
