Before we can answer your question, we will need to see photos of the balance in question, removed from the window. From there, we will start to search and see if there any options available. 

Thanks for getting back to us. We don't sell the components of these channel balances separately because they're not really meant to be sold on their own. Balances are assembled and sold as whole pieces. If the components start coming out, it really means the whole balance is broken and needs to be replaced. We can help you replace the balance, but we will need pictures of the attachments at either end. We will also need the length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, and a confirmation that your balance's stamp code is 1460.
