window channel balance replacement

Question

There is no name on the channel balance. The mark I found on the channel balance is 23C USB. One of the channel balance top is broken. I attached the marking photo, 2 photos for top and 2 photos for bottom connectors. They are top and bottom view of the connectors. Please advise what the replacement I should buy.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your photos, I believe you have a match for our S380-24 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as they match up then you should be good to go.

I also recommend selecting the 2330 stamp, when prompted.
