window channel balance replacement

Hello, my window details are series 5220/5231/5270 H-C40-54 x 90, and the channel stamp is 23 5 BV CMC 7. the channel length is 24" without plastic end pieces. What replacement size am I looking for?

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the balances you have using the information provided. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window to identify the correct replacement.
Please include photos of the top and bottom attachments as well as the pulley and spring in the center of the balance.
