Hello there. I am confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier. it just tells us the strength of the balance. if you could remove the balance and send us photos of the nylon attachments on both ends, we'll do our best to help from there.

I am sending more pictures of the balance for part identification. the metal part is 29" long

Hey again. This looks like the S395-29 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2850.
