window channel balancer identification

can you identify which replacement part I should use for this 31 inch channel window balancer. The code on it has 31 4 IU CMC

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the metal channel.
