I am looking for channel balances mine are 28 inches long ribbed channel. for a tilt window. window is a PHP-62 series 2010 SH only stenciling is 28c
right hand side is broken and also broken from the bottom of the window. I have tried to up load pictures but nothing happens when I click on the upload. I have added them to a email I replied to from customer care.
It looks like the bottom tilt bar broke away from the sash and took a chunk of it with it. I'm afraid we won't be able to help with this. You will need a new sash if you aren't able to repair the broken sash frame.
As for the balance itself, it will have to be specially made. I would like to see the attaching clip at the end of the cord before we go any further, though. I will also need to know how many you need. That will help us get started.
