window closes on its own

We have a window that is marked H-R25-48x84. The window wants to close on its own. Do I need to adjust the tension rod or does the tension rod need to be replaced?

Good question. If you should happen to have spiral balances installed, you may need a charging tool such as our 75-006 or 75-005 to add tension to the balance. I have placed some helpful media guides on this page for you to look over.
