Hello, please find the video and photo attached for type and problem to determine which parts are needed for repair of these windows.
I have 2 windows for repair 1 is right hand and one is left hand of window.

again. o need 1 rt and 1 lft a
handed replacement for these openers.
the know e clip doesn't hold the worm gear in place any longer.
I can do it manually and the window opens and. loses fine.
so probably need the work gear housing or e clip assembly?

Thank you kindly, Paul! The worm gear isn't designed to be repaired or replaced, so you'll need to replace the whole operator assembly. Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.
