These seem to be windows where it doesn't have the cutout to remove the coils

I can't be sure with your balance still installed, but take a look at the 15-191, depending on how the style, width, and thickness below compare to yours. If it's a match, this pivot shoe usually works with our Series 160 coil springs.

I'll also include our video on the cutout method to create openings in the jamb liner to replace your coil balances. The video shows a different type of balance, but the cutout process would be the same. Thank you!
