window coil balance

hi I'm looking for parts for that window and i dont know what brand is is doesn't say in the window
but anyway the coil is good the only thing is that small piece from the botton with hold the wind pin is not holding anymore i think ai have to replace the whole thing,
do you have any idea if your product works on this , btw this is heavy saches .

We'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Hi I took more pictures of it It's about 4 h x 1-3/4w
And the part with holds the window it's been broken.

Take a look at our 15-192 pivot shoe which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. I'd recommend removing an undamaged pivot shoe to confirm that your dimensions match ours. If you have any further questions just let us know.
