Thanks for posting! Your coil balance housing looks like it could be the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. Although, to confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to remove the shoe and carefully review and compare the dimensions.

This coil housing is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your housing is stamped with a 6 LB, I'm confident you'll need the S180-6. The clear bracket anchoring the coil in the window channel is the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.
