window coil balance

Hello I am sending this pic the coil has a number 8 on it can I buy the whole part or just the coil I had extras from my builder but I am running out they seem fine when I replace them the white plastic part looks pretty good what do you recommend and please give me the price and order numbers for both parts so I can order the right parts....Thank You ps the plastic part at the top is about 1 and 1/4 inches wide and you can see the lecght from the pic I sent you
