window coil balance replacement for certainteed vinyl window

SA 409 is stamped on the metal coil. what coil weight is needed for this 3/4 inch wide coil. and please let me know how much it costs.

We'd be happy to help but the stamp code and width do not confirm the correct replacements for your window. We would need to see photos of the coil and picot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thanks for getting back to us. If you have Certainteed windows, we offer the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
