window coil balance and window removal slide part

Question

Hello,I need to replace the coil spring balance on a window. the window weighs approximately 27 1/2 pounds. the coil has one circular hole for attachment.Also one of the slides on top of the window is broken. the slide that you use to pivot window to the inside to clean or remove. here are two pictures. I am going to send them to you and then I will call you to verify the proper parts. Thanks

Hi there!

Take a look at our 15-175 pivot shoe which is used with the Series 152 coil springs. Look over our dimensions and compare them to your original hardware to see how they match up.

As for your tilt latches, start by comparing your dimensions to our 26-243 and 26-244 to see how they match up.
