My name is Dennis. My client Chris has asked me to replace the window coils in her bathroom.

It's hard to tell what you have based on this picture, but it looks like you might have a pivot shoe like our 15-087, which is in turn compatible with the Series 180 coil spring. See what you think.

Tom,

I believe this does match the 15-087 pivot shoe. But can you tell me from this photo this specific size of the series 180 coil Spring? The stamp on the coil balance pivot shoe PAT 5,353,648

I'm afraid I can't. The only marking appears to have been written on by hand, and I'm not sure what it may represent. Can you tell me the weight of the sash? Can you also confirm how many springs are used on each side? That will allow us to calculate the right strength.
