window counterbalance 34-5 GA2 CMC 24

I need replacement spring counterbalances. The originals are marked 34-5 GA2 CMC 24. The overall length is 36 inches. The width is 9/16 inch. The plastic pulleys are split and the cord is bound.

You might have SWISCO balance series 385, compare the balance fittings to your original.
For the length, exclude the balance fittings and measure only the metal balance channel portion. Looking at the original stamp 34-5, it should measure 35".
If the balances does look to be Series 385 and measures 35", choose stamp option 3450.
If the balance does not appear to be Series 385, please post a few detailed photos for us to research.

My balance measures and appears exactly like S385-35" channel balance but the numbers do not agree and there is no visible stamped numbers. I will choose 3450.
