window crank

Question

hello,
the glass here was replaced inthetwo bottom sections and no wthe window will not close all the way. we were told the crnaks need to be rpelaced. i have attached photos of them.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged operator from the window and linkage? We would like to see clear photos of the top and bottom installation hole tabs along with the link arm. Written out dimensions would be helpful as well.
