Thanks for posting. If your crank handle has a spline size of 11/32", then either our 39-114L or 39-205 could work for you. If you need to replace the entire operator, we will need to see it removed from the window, with link arm(s) in full view.

the hardware cover is marked KK and the crank itself has a
US Pat 4.083.264 Can. Pat. 1979 Round (non notched) opening is 11/32"
