On the inside of the crank it says... 4RH 18-0821.

I need 3 right hand and 1 left hand.

We're getting there. Can you show me an undamaged version of the operator from behind? Seeing the hole pattern on the tabs above and below the body is crucial for identification. From there I should be able to narrow this down for you.
