window crank

A quick learner from WV says:
I cannot close this window. There is a circular disk that keeps coming out as I try to close window. Not sure how it supposed to stay in the hole or if it is stripped out.

Thank you,
Tony

Hi there!

It sounds like your worm gear is stripped. When this happens, I'm afraid it means the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Start by taking a look at our 39-083 and 39-140 awning operators. Carefully compare your dimensions to ours and see which one matches up for what you need.

A quick learner from WV says:
The little circular cylinder that slides over the crank keeps coming out. Not sure how this happens? May need to order an entirely new crank system. Do you have this available and what is the order #?

Thank you!

Hmm, that is odd. Could you remove that cylinder disk and show us?
