window crank

A quick learner says:
I just need 2 of these 4 7/8 bars with the rivets to attach them. I bought two new crank assemblies but they came with 5 inch bars so window will not close entirely.
Can I just get the 4 7/8 bars and rivets?

Hello!

I'm afraid we've never been able to find these operators with a 4-7/8" arm. What people have done in the past is that they've used a drill to remove the rivet from the 39-187 and 39-188 so that they can replace the 5" arm with their old arm and seal it with a 62-014 rivet. This should work as long as you're handy or you could hire a professional to assist you.
