Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We may have a replacement for this operator but we will need more information to help narrow down your options. Can we see a photo of this operator completely removed from the window, including dimensions and a clear view of the installation holes, as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window?

Reached max photos bottom holes are 1 1/2 inches apart at center of each hole. 1 3/4 inches total width of bottom. Only one top hole drilled out. Mounting screws are 6/8 inch.

I recommend you start by comparing your operator with the 39-017 as well as the 33-067 shoulder screw and 33-207 washer. Carefully review the specifications and see how they line up with your old operator.
