Question

I think it's truth elipse hardware but I don't see any markings. The plastic spline adapter is stripped. need the crank mechanism and likely a new handle if the style isn't the same.

Thanks for posting! This window operator is made by Roto. It appear to be a match for the 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. To confirm that this is the correct match, carefully look over the specifications below.

We do not sell a replacement for the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse the existing one for the repair. The compatible crank handles are the 39-224 and 39-230.
