Then you came to the right place. I would be happy to help you find a replacement. If you can, please remove the old crank from the window and take a few pictures of it for us to see. Please also tell us its dimensions and any stamps or markings you see on the operator and window. With that information, we will try our best to find a good match.

Hope you can be of assistance.We have a 100 yr old home with wooden windows on a side porch that we need to replace some of the cranks and tracks. We tried 39-002 however it didn't work as we need one that we can screw vertically and not horizontally as the sill has a large hollow area in it to accommodate the track. We also need a new track. The entire mechanism in the picture works great so I didn't attempt to remove that one. The one we need to replace did not have original hardware and never worked properly. Thanks

Thank you for the great pictures! See our 39-020 and 39-021. I believe these match what you have. We don't have them in white, but to be honest it looks like yours weren't originally white, either. You could consider painting them.
