Hello, Are you able to identify the manufacturer of this crank assembly? I thought Anderson but it seems a little bit different particularly the part that slides in the track of the window.

I do not recognize the manufacturer of the window, but to further review, are you able to show us the attachment at the end of the arm that slides along the sash track? From there we can get a clearer idea if we can assist with a possible replacement option. Thank you!

Hey there, Lauren isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you.
This is indeed an old Andersen brand window, but your operator hasn't been made for decades. You're not going to find an exact match anywhere, if that's what you're looking for. None of the parts for this window have been made in a long time and if anything needs to be replaced, you're looking at a pretty significant overhaul.
Before we go any further, can you clarify exactly what it is you're trying to replace? I'm happy to advise, I just need a better idea of what you need.
