Hi there!

We should be able to help with this. However, I'm afraid the operator's arms are too obscured so I'm not able to identify it just yet. May I see a full bird's eye view of the arms?

Hello, this is the operator I'm looking for, the solid arm is 10" long, the hinged one is 9" long, the only info stamped in the part is numbers 41012 and 31876. Thanks, Mike

Thank you for getting back to me, Mike! This looks like our 39-253RB operator which uses the 39-529 track slider to me. Take a look at the specifications and see if you agree.

Note, the 39-529 is sold separately.
