Thanks for reaching out! This window operator has a w-shaped gear arm like the 39-187 Sash Dyad Crank. I'm fairly confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to compare the specifications to confirm.

The opposite version of this operator is the 39-188. The compatible hardware and accessories for them can be found tagged below this thread.
