Hey, Mike. I'm a little confused. You said you used the wrong email address, but I'm not sure what you're talking about. Are you referring to this discussion, or a different one? If it's a different one, I have no reference to look it up. Can you give me the discussion ID you received when you made it?

In the meantime, it looks like you uploaded some pictures of your awning window operator. It's hard to tell what you have without seeing the linkage, but start with our 39-025 and 39-026. These may be what you need, but I highly recommend going over our dimensions to confirm everything matches up.

Paul: Thank you for responding to my inquiry. Here is the issue...in the pict above, there are 2 different types of window cranks(white and gray) basically, I am looking for an operator just like one of those. the handle broke off and the teeth on the inside of the crank are stripped. is it possible to get a replacement. my window measurements are 38 3/4" long by 37" high.

Are your two operators identical, other than color? If the color is the only difference I think we can ignore that detail for now. The only way to confirm the best match is to remove yours from the window and carefully compare your dimensions to any possible replacement operator. I suggested the 39-025 and 39-026 to start out with. Look over our pictures and information. Is the hole spacing the same? Is the linkage also the same? If not, let me know.
