This is a rental unit, the tenant sent the photo, would like to avoid going there to inspect if there is any chance I could have the part in hand before I go.

Hard to say. There are a few possibilities. Have your tenant take a look at the 39-107FK folding handle and cover. I believe this could be what they're looking for.

Also I asked them to verify that the crank was 11/16" as per your product notes.

Thank you! Looks like the operator spline is offset to the left and right, while the 39-107FK is centered. That means it won't work. However, our 39-375 and 39-376 may. See what you think.
