I have a casement window that opens to the left, wondering which operator I will need.

Thanks for posting! If you need the operator in your second picture, then we recommend the 39-092. To save yourself a headache, the easiest way to determine what side you need is to compare physical details. In this case, I'm going by what side the handle spline is on. If you look at our 39-092 pictures, you can see that the handle spline is on the same side.
