window crank for 1954 Awning window

I need a window crank for an old window. I do not know the manufacturer of the window. The crank housing has the same dimensions as the #39-182(LH) but the operator itself is much longer. The operator from the center of the inside curve to the center of the hole at the top measures 4 1/4"
