Hello,
My window crank does not fully close my sun room window.

It sounds like you need a new replacement operator. We will need a photo of the complete installation hole pattern in one shot. And then, I will need another photo showing the complete operator removed from the window with the link arm. With these photos, I am confident we can find a match.

Thank you. I couldn't find an exact match for this operator, but look at our 39-025. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if they match up.
