I need replacement cranks that have a male end (some called hex stud) that is 3/8 inch not the more common 5/16

A photo is attached. I need to correct my original post. The male end is 1/4 inch - not3/8.

Thanks for getting back to us, Sharon. I'm afraid we do not have a replacement for this handle. We did at one time, but it was discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. If memory serves, it was used on an Andersen awning window operator. I can't confirm if this will work, but one solution that comes to mind is to adapt our 39-390 to your window. You would also need the 39-286 handle. Let me know what you think.
