window crank. left and right window

both cranks have failed.

crank handles are stamped 'semco'

inside plastic cover of handle is stamped 'TRUTH' with home icon

gear box in window that I can see stamped 'Made in U.S.A. '

notsure how I get at removing gear box? any tips?
