Hello,

If you could open the window and show us the arms of the operator that move the sash, that will help us confirm which handles are compatible with your assembly. Thank you!

A home owner from 18421 says:
I have attached two photos of the window arms.
I hope that these will help!
Thank you for getting back to me - appreciate the assistance!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Your windows appear to use the Roto 39-325 and 39-326 operators, which use the 39-232 handle. Thanks for posting!

A quick learner from Knoxville Tn says:
How do you remove and replace this mechanism?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

The sash brackets that these Roto operators attach to have a detach clip on the bottom, which you'll need to disengage to free the link arm from the sash. Then, you'll remove the screws from the operator's back plate in order to pull the assembly inside through the opening in the sill. You'll reverse the process to install your replacement operator. Thanks for posting.
